CYCLING CLASSES
Cycle Your Way to a Better You
If you’re looking to add a little variety to your workouts, cycling is a great way to spice up your routine. At World Gym®, we are dedicated to providing our members with a variety of options to help them stay motivated. That is why we offer several different group fitness classes. Popular among members are our cycling classes. Cycling is a great cardiovascular exercise that will help you lose weight, improve strength, and increase endurance. Whether this is your entire workout or supplemental to yoga, weight training, or another form of exercise, one thing is for sure: you’ll work up a sweat.
During a cycling class, you’ll engage your major lower-body muscles, including your glutes, calves, hamstrings, and quads. The instructor will motivate you to give your all so that you can reach your fitness goals.
Regular attendance of these heart-pumping cardio workouts will help you:
- Build strength
- Burn calories
- Improve heart health
Though you’ll primarily use lower-body muscles, cycling classes also engage your core, upper body, and back. Stabilizing and supporting your body during the class means that this workout will work just about every area of your body.
