They motivate and push you in all the right ways. It is a great mix of high intensity interval training with a mix of weight training, cardio and plyometrics. You will not be disappointed here! The trainers are top notch and very knowledgeable. They genuinely care about your well-being and want to help you succeed with all your fitness goals! World Gym Kalispell’s staff is friendly and they know how to make amazing signature protein shakes, which are much needed after an intense workout along with the hydro massage bed. It’s just the best way to end your workout! If you have not gotten a workout in at World Gym Kalispell yet, I highly recommend you do it soon! "

"I am so thankful for my World Gym family! When my son was about 9 months old, I quit my job and became a stay at home mom.
